Strawberry Swiss Roll

Ingredients

  • dark sponge cake sheet (for rolling)
  • 450 g whipping cream 
  • 50 g sugar
  • 45 g Lauretta Lemon Twist flavored filling 
  • 70 g Lauretta strawberry 50% filling
  • 6 g gelatin
  • 30 g water
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

  • Whip the cream with the sugar and Lauretta Lemon Twist filling until light and fluffy. Add the prepared gelatine dissolved in water.
  • Spread the cream evenly over the sponge. Pipe the Lauretta strawberry 50% filling along the center so that it forms the core once rolled.
  • Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
