Strawberry Swiss Roll

Ingredients

  • dark sponge cake sheet (for rolling)
  • 450 g whipping cream 
  • 50 g sugar
  • 45 g Lauretta Lemon Twist flavored filling 
  • 70 g Lauretta strawberry 50% filling
  • 6 g gelatin
  • 30 g water
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Whip the cream with the sugar and Lauretta Lemon Twist filling until light and fluffy. Add the prepared gelatine dissolved in water.

Spread the cream evenly over the sponge. Pipe the Lauretta strawberry 50% filling along the center so that it forms the core once rolled.

Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
