We offer a wide range of products for the confectionery industry: fruit and cream fillings, gels and glazes, pectin jellies, and more. These are top-quality food ingredients based on fruits or vegetable fats.
Fruit components may resemble jam at first glance. Their strictly controlled production process begins by blending fruits with sugar. Thickeners, flavorings, and colorants are added as needed. Cream components follow a similar formulation but contain vegetable fats instead of fruits. Their texture is similar to pudding, but optimized for industrial conditions.
All products are standardized, consistent, and tested in demanding conditions, and they’re simply delicious.

- Custom-developed components. Our R&D department has extensive experience in working with clients to develop parameters tailored to specific applications.
We formulate components customized to the final product, based on the client’s specifications, including the type and level of fruit or vegetable fat, production parameters such as baking temperature and time, recommended thickeners and stabilizers, and any other specific requirements.
