Fruit fillings with versatile applications. Baking and freezing stable.
Used inside or on top of cakes, they retain their quality, shape and colour when baked at temperatures above 200°C for 15 minutes. The fillings are easy to use: they can be applied by hand, using a pastry bag or needle fillers. Mechanical processing does not affect the properties of the fillings.
